Convener and founder of Sisterhood Africa Prophetess Nonnie Roberson has died

News reaching us this morning has it that the convener and founder of the Facebook prayer group Sisterhood Africa has passed on.

Prophetess Nonnie Roberson died after a surgery yesterday, details of the ailment that led to the surgery is unknown.

She was a native of Ningbo, Awka in Anambra State Nigeria, Roberson’s ministry had grown beyond the shores of Africa . She was pillar to many women around the world through her Christian forum – Sisterhood Africa. It helped give women the platform to share their pains, cries, hopes, dreams and joy. It was also a “house of Testimonies” and solutions where sisters lifted each other up.

The late Sister Nonnie as fondly called was a mother of four biological children, she was in final gear preparations for her 2019 Global Prayer conference tagged “Abuja For Jesus” when God called her home.

Her last update made at exactly 5:02pm Nigerian time read: “When God speaks, the whole world hears. Earth, Wind, Land, Sea all elements. Hear the voice of the Lord!! # Victory!!”

Below is a statement released by the group moderator:

With heavy hearts but gratitude to God for a beautiful and visionary life well spent in His vine yard, we announce the passing to eternal glory of our Visioner and founder PROPHETESS NONNIE ROBERSON after a surgery yesterday.
She was many things to many people.
To live is Christ, To die is gain.
We mourn but we do not do so like those without hope.
Woman Of God, you fought a good fight, you finished your course, enter into the joy of our Father until we all meet to part no more.
