A mad man was caught in Elele Alimi in Emohua LGA of Rivers state was caught with suspicious items ranging from Snakes to Condoms etc he also had a wallet on him which contained his ID card and a sum of three thousand five hundred naira.
From the look of things he is suspected to be a ritualist posing as a mad man
